1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LiftOS ("we," "us," "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

LiftOS provides AI-powered customer follow-up and review-generation automation for service businesses. Service availability, features, and pricing may change at our discretion with reasonable notice to active customers.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of customer data you provide, for obtaining all necessary consents to contact your customers via SMS or email, and for complying with applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Google's review policies. You may not use LiftOS to incentivize, fabricate, or filter reviews in violation of any platform's terms.

4. Payment & Billing

Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to craig@liftos.agency. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service.

6. Disclaimers

LiftOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, customer responses, or business outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftOS's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
